All eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty for a manufacturing defect.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection.
The item must be returned to us to inspect the defect.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage to any part of the glasses.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Most of our glasses are made from TR90 Plastic which is a Durable, Flexible, and lightweight Material. Glasses made with TR are extremely comfortable because they have a flexible quality.
Limited Edition Gold Frames
Because of the Unique Glitter element to these glasses, they have been made From PC (PolyCarbonate) to be lightweight and durable but are not flexible like the TR Frames. All our glasses have been made to be comfortable, durable, and stylish!
The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher.
The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date.
To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a Scan of the voucher including the voucher's unique number. Stellavision is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission.
Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient. Vouchers are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers.
Stellavision is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.
